Deadwood 2022 Fan Party Information

Below is the current schedule for the October 11-14th 2022 fan party. Check back periodically for further details as we continue to plan and schedule events.

Annual Deadwood Fan Party 2022

Mark your calendars for October 11th-14th (Tues-Fri) 2022 for the Ann Charles Fan Party this year in Deadwood, South Dakota.

TUESDAY, OCT 11th:

• Booksigning at the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center (which overlooks the big open cut right next to Prudence’s favorite haunt) from 1:00pm-3:00pm
• Meet & Greet at Mustang Sally’s on Deadwood’s Main Street from 6:00pm-8:00pm

WEDNESDAY, OCT 12th:

• Deadwood bus tour with Boot Hill Tours around Deadwood with Ann along for the ride to share some of her storyworld landmarks. Boarding time is 10:30am at Deadwood History and Information Center, 3 Siever Street, Deadwood. Tour runs from 11:00am-12:00pm. (TICKETS: $15 each. You can purchase them through the online Ann Charles store (LINK COMING SOON!).
• Booksigning at Woody’s Old Time Photos (stop by and schedule an old-time photo while you get some books signed) from 2:00pm-4:00pm.

THURSDAY, OCT 13th:

• Coffee with Ann’s Mom and Opera House Tour from 10:30am-11:30am. Homestake Opera House tour begins at 11:15am in the Lead-Deadwood Arts Center (where Ann’s Mom will be), $5.00 per ticket.
• Ann’s and Sam’s 10th ANNUAL FAN PARTY from 6:30pm-9:30pm at the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center with special guest star C.M. Wendelboe, author of the Spirit Road Mystery Series and the Bitter Wind Mystery Series. Door prizes, food, drinks, and plenty of fun for all included! CLICK HERE TO RSVP

FRIDAY, OCT 14th:

• Booksigning at Chubby Chipmunk Hand-Dipped Chocolates in Deadwood (chocolate, truffles, and books = Heaven) from 10:30am-2:30pm
• Paranormal Investigation with Black Hills Paranormal Investigations at the Adams House with the Black Hills Paranormal Investigators (spooky fun!). To reserve your tickets on Friday, October 14 ($35 each–proceeds to the Deadwood History, Inc.) for the Paranormal Investigations of the Historic Adams House at 9:00pm or 10:30pm (9:00pm is SOLD OUT), call Rose Speirs at 605-722-4800. Limited to 20 people per investigation. You can also reserve a spot for the group reading with Psychic Medium Dani Jo following the investigations by contacting Rose ($20 each). Limited to 8 people.
