Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy Hanukkah!
What a wild ride 2020 has been. I hope that you and yours have been able to find some joy and laughter in the thick of so much worry and stress. Writing has been much more difficult this year, especially writing humor, but I’m still putting my fingers to the keys and trying to bring some smiles and light into the world via stories.
My family is staying home this holiday season (as we did over Thanksgiving). We’re sad not to be traveling to visit friends and see different states, but such is life in 2020.
Anyway, on to this month’s newsletter, some exciting holiday news and a FREE calendar!
Sam and I have a Christmas story to share with you called, Catawampus Christmas Carol!
AVAILABLE NOW IN EBOOK AND PRINTED BOOK

(Note: This is book 3.5 of the Deadwood Undertaker Series)

It’s a cold and snowy Christmas Eve in the rowdy mining town of Deadwood in the Dakota Territory. Rather than enjoy some drinks in front of a warm fire with her friends, contracted Slayer Clementine Johanssen has her horse saddled and weapons packed to head out into the hills and hunt down some deadly scallywags—alone. When her friends catch wind of her intentions, they set out to waylay her long enough to change her way of thinking … in spite of her mule-headedness.
Reminiscent of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, this catawampus tale will add a heartening dose of fun and camaraderie to your holiday!

This year I thought it would be fun to try something new for a calendar giveaway. Instead of giving a few desk calendars to ten or so lucky winners, I wanted to give everyone a free 2021 Traveling with Ann calendar. To make it even more handy, I designed the calendar to fit on a door hanger so that you could hang it from a nail, a cupboard door knob, a cat’s tail, a Christmas tree limb, or an actual door knob.
Sam Lucky and I have great news to share. The Deadwood Undertaker series will be available as audiobooks in 2021. You can already pre-order Life at the Coffin Joint on Amazon
In addition, Devil Days in Deadwood is now available on all audiobook platforms (not just on Amazon).
I’ve been busy over the last year or so giving interviews here and there. If you’re looking to fill hours of time listening to my voice while I talk about writing, books, life, and much more, head over to my blog and check out my Interviews page. I keep adding to it every time I give an interview, so stop back for new “good stuff” periodically.

In addition to my Ann Charles Store accessible from my website, I also have some fun products available over on my Ann Charles Zazzle store. Posters, mugs, face masks, keychains, T-shirts, and more!
